Our Story

Buying a sauna online is a strange experience. The big retailers have never seen one, and the manufacturer sites give you no way to compare.

Radiant Sauna HQ sits in between. We work directly with Golden Designs, Canadian Timber and Orivon Wellness as an authorized dealer, so every unit ships new from the factory with the warranty registered in your name.

What we actually do is answer the questions that decide whether this works. How many people will really use it. What circuit it takes, and whether your panel can carry it, which is worth confirming with a licensed electrician before you order. How a fourteen foot crate comes off a truck at the end of your driveway. Sometimes the honest answer is a smaller sauna, and occasionally it is none at all.

We are not here to sell you the biggest room in the catalogue. We are here to make sure the one you choose is still the right one in five years.
