Agreement

By using radiantsaunahq.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract.

About us

Radiant Sauna HQ is an authorized online dealer of the brands we carry. We are an independent retailer and not the manufacturer of any product sold.

Products and descriptions

We work to make product descriptions, specifications, and images accurate, and we source them from our manufacturers. Colors and wood grain vary between screens and between individual units — wood is a natural material and variation is expected, not a defect. Specifications are subject to change by the manufacturer without notice.

Pricing

Prices are in US dollars and subject to change without notice. We honor manufacturer minimum advertised price policies.

Pricing errors: if a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund, even after the order is confirmed. We will contact you before doing so.

Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order. Payment is authorized at checkout, and orders may be subject to fraud screening and address verification. We may require additional verification for high-value orders.

Title and risk of loss

Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery by the carrier. Please see our Shipping Policy for your inspection responsibilities at delivery.

Warranties

Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty only. Warranty terms are set by the manufacturer and shown on each product page. We facilitate warranty claims but do not provide our own warranty.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Installation, electrical, and safety

You are responsible for installation, electrical work, permits, site preparation, and compliance with local building codes. Saunas involve heat and electricity and must be installed to manufacturer specification by qualified persons.

Consult a physician before sauna use if you are pregnant, have cardiovascular conditions, low or high blood pressure, or any medical condition affected by heat. We provide no medical advice, and no statement on this site should be taken as a claim to treat, cure, or prevent any condition.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including property damage, personal injury, lost time, or installation costs.

Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you.

Intellectual property

Site content — text, images, layout, and branding — is owned by Radiant Sauna HQ or our manufacturers and may not be reproduced without permission. Manufacturer trademarks belong to their owners.

Disputes

Please contact us first. Most issues resolve quickly and directly — email hello@radiantsaunahq.com before initiating a chargeback or formal claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute not resolved informally shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be reflected in the "last updated" date. Terms in effect at the time of your order govern that order.
