Authorized Canadian Timber, by Dundalk Leisurecraft dealer. Ships direct from the manufacturer with the full factory warranty, registered to you.

Freight included, delivered curbside in the lower 48. The carrier calls you to book a time and leaves the crate at the end of the driveway. They do not unload it, and a crate can run up to 14 feet, so it is worth deciding how you will move it before you order. Give us a call and we will tell you the crate size and weight for this one.

Built to order, and Leisurecraft do not accept returns. That is their policy rather than ours, so we would rather talk the size and the heater through with you first. If anything arrives damaged, photograph it, note it on the delivery paperwork and tell us. Leisurecraft send replacement parts. Full policy.

Questions before you order? Call (424) 235-1861 or email hello@radiantsaunahq.com. We are glad to talk through the size, which heater suits it, how the crate comes off the truck, and what to ask your electrician.

A stainless steel tub inside cedar cladding, and the chiller compartment is built into the shell, so there is no box and no run of hose sitting beside it in the garden. Large format, which in practice means you can lie back and get your shoulders under rather than perching.

Fully assembled on arrival. Premium stainless steel interior, which does not rust, stain or hold bacteria the way a porous surface does, over a Canadian cedar exterior. The concealed compartment keeps the chiller out of the weather and out of sight, and still opens for servicing.

Manufacturer part number 372FP.

The tub does not chill itself. Pick a chiller above and the price updates, or take the tub on its own and add ice. We would rather you saw the real number now than found it after delivery.

About the chillers

Penguin, 3/4 HP. Takes the water down to 37°F, 7,500 BTU/hr, with a built-in pump and filter kit. Runs on an ordinary 110 to 120V outlet at 450W and 3.9A, on a 10 foot cord with GFCI protection. 56 dBA, which is quiet enough to sit beside. 17 by 15 by 13 inches, 49 lbs.

Coldture Pro. Also reaches 37°F and it heats as well as chills, with Wi-Fi control and a digital display. Industrial-grade components and a plug-and-play setup.

Both are rated for outdoors, and both want shade from sun and rain to work their best. Below freezing you either drain the chiller and store it somewhere warm or leave it running on a heat setting, because water left in a chiller in a hard frost will destroy it.

Shipping, delivery and warranty

Ships from Dundalk Leisurecraft in Ontario direct to your address. We are an authorized online dealer.

Residential drop ship is $320 and delivery is curbside. The crate can need a forklift to offload, and that is the customer's responsibility, not the carrier's. Tell us your access before you order and we will tell you the crate size and weight so you can arrange what the day needs.

Lead times are build dates, not ship dates. These are made to order in Ontario. We confirm the estimated build date in writing on your order.

Leisurecraft does not accept returns. That is their written policy and it applies regardless of condition, so we would rather talk through the size, the siting and the delivery access with you before you order than after. Missing or transit-damaged components must be claimed within 30 days of receipt. See our refund policy.

Inspect before you sign. Photograph any damage before the driver leaves and do not sign the receipt as clean if there is visible damage.

Warranty is Dundalk Leisurecraft's and registers to you.

Worth having a licensed electrician confirm this before you order. Every home's panel is a little different, and yours is the one part we cannot see from here. We are glad to send the manufacturer's electrical specification straight to your electrician, or to walk through it with you first. Just ask. The manufacturers recommend the same thing on their own spec sheets, so you are in good company.
