Couldn't load pickup availability
Authorized Canadian Timber, by Dundalk Leisurecraft dealer. Ships direct from the manufacturer with the full factory warranty, registered to you.
Freight included, delivered curbside in the lower 48. The carrier calls you to book a time and leaves the crate at the end of the driveway. They do not unload it, and a crate can run up to 14 feet, so it is worth deciding how you will move it before you order. Give us a call and we will tell you the crate size and weight for this one.
Built to order, and Leisurecraft do not accept returns. That is their policy rather than ours, so we would rather talk the size and the heater through with you first. If anything arrives damaged, photograph it, note it on the delivery paperwork and tell us. Leisurecraft send replacement parts. Full policy.
Questions before you order? Call (424) 235-1861 or email hello@radiantsaunahq.com. We are glad to talk through the size, which heater suits it, how the crate comes off the truck, and what to ask your electrician.
The shortest of the three Eastern White Cedar barrels, 79 inches deep and 222 cubic feet inside. Solid cedar cradles, aluminum bands, stainless hardware. No halfmoon windows on this one.
Seats 4. Manufacturer part number CTC22.
This price is for the sauna only. No heater is included. Canadian Timber saunas are sold a la carte, so the heater, the chimney kit on wood-fired builds, lighting and accessories are each chosen separately. Leisurecraft recommends a 6 kW heater for this model and it takes either a wood burner or an electric heater. You can buy the heater through us or source it yourself: Aaron Herber at Leisurecraft confirmed on 2026-09-22 that a third party heater does not affect the sauna's warranty, though the heater's own warranty then sits with whoever made it. Tell us how you plan to use it and we will price the complete build before you order, rather than letting you find out at checkout.
Shipping, delivery and warranty
Ships from Dundalk Leisurecraft in Ontario direct to your address. We are an authorized online dealer.
Residential drop ship is $320 and delivery is curbside. A sauna crate can need a forklift to offload, and that is the customer's responsibility, not the carrier's. Tell us your access before you order and we will tell you the crate size and weight so you can arrange what the day needs.
Lead times are build dates, not ship dates. These are made to order in Ontario. We confirm the estimated build date in writing on your order.
Leisurecraft does not accept returns. That is their written policy and it applies to every Canadian Timber product regardless of condition, so we would rather talk through the size, the heater, the electrical and the delivery access with you before you order than after. Missing or transit-damaged components must be claimed within 30 days of receipt. See our refund policy.
Inspect before you sign. Photograph any damage before the driver leaves and do not sign the receipt as clean if there is visible damage.
Warranty is Dundalk Leisurecraft's and registers to you.
Worth having a licensed electrician confirm this before you order. Every home's panel is a little different, and yours is the one part we cannot see from here. We are glad to send the manufacturer's electrical specification straight to your electrician, or to walk through it with you first. Just ask. The manufacturers recommend the same thing on their own spec sheets, so you are in good company.
