Delivery, returns and warranty
Shipping, delivery and warranty
Ships from Golden Designs direct to your address. We are an authorized dealer.
Delivery is curbside only. The carrier lowers the pallet at the curb or the end of your driveway and it is yours from there. Arrange help to carry it in before the truck arrives. Not every address is deliverable: dirt roads, dead ends and tight turns need checking first, and we will check with you before the order goes in.
Inspect before you sign. Golden Designs lets you refuse a damaged shipment outright, which is the cleanest outcome for everyone. Open the boxes and report any hidden damage with photographs within 48 hours of delivery.
Warranty is registered by you directly with Golden Designs, so the cover follows the person using the sauna.
Cancellations and returns are tighter than our site default on this brand. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Returns need authorisation, cost return freight, and a unit that has been used cannot be returned. See our refund policy and ask us before ordering if anything there matters to you.
Owner's manual. Download the manufacturer's manual for DYN-6103-01 (PDF). Worth reading before you order, especially the clearances and the electrical.
Electrical, and the electrician line
What this needs on the electrical side
120V, 15A. Dedicated, meaning it does not share with a dryer, a garage outlet or anything else. A shared circuit trips mid-session.
Worth having a licensed electrician confirm this before you order. These are Golden Designs' own published figures and we are happy to talk them through with you. Every panel is different though, and yours is the one part we cannot see from here. Send us your electrician's email and we will forward the full specification, or give us a call and we will go through it together. Golden Designs recommend the same on their spec sheets.
Delivery and returns
Authorized Dynamic Saunas dealer. Ships direct from the manufacturer with the full factory warranty, registered to you.
Freight included, delivered curbside in the lower 48. The carrier calls you to book a time and leaves the crate at the end of the driveway. They do not unload it, and a crate can run up to 14 feet, so it is worth deciding how you will move it before you order. Give us a call and we will tell you the crate size and weight for this one.
30 days to return, unused and in the original crating, subject to Golden Designs' restocking and freight terms. Check the cartons at the door and refuse anything visibly damaged. Damage found after that needs photos within 48 hours. Full policy.
Questions before you order? Call (424) 235-1861 or email hello@radiantsaunahq.com. We are glad to talk through the size, which heater suits it, how the crate comes off the truck, and what to ask your electrician.
