Freight included, delivered curbside in the lower 48. The carrier calls you to book a time and leaves the crate at the end of the driveway. They do not unload it, and a crate can run up to 14 feet, so it is worth deciding how you will move it before you order. Give us a call and we will tell you the crate size and weight for this one.
30 days to return, unused and in the original crating, subject to Golden Designs' restocking and freight terms. Check the cartons at the door and refuse anything visibly damaged. Damage found after that needs photos within 48 hours. Full policy.

This is the tub only. It does not cool the water. A cold plunge needs a chiller, and Dynamic sells them as a separate unit. Ask us which chiller suits this tub and how you plan to use it before you order, because the answer depends on the water volume and where the tub sits.
Shipping, delivery and warranty
Ships from Golden Designs direct to your address. We are an authorized dealer.
Delivery is curbside only. The carrier lowers the pallet at the curb or the end of your driveway and it is yours from there. Not every address is deliverable: dirt roads, dead ends and tight turns need checking first, and we will check with you before the order goes in.
Inspect before you sign. Golden Designs empowers you to refuse a damaged shipment outright, which is the cleanest outcome for everyone. Open the boxes and report any hidden damage with photographs within 48 hours of delivery.
Warranty is registered by you directly with Golden Designs, so the cover follows the person using it.
Cancellations and returns. Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Returns need authorisation, cost return freight, and a unit that has been used cannot be returned. See our refund policy and ask us before ordering if anything there matters to you.
