They do not unload it, and a crate can run up to 14 feet, so it is worth deciding how you will move it before you order. Give us a call and we will tell you the crate size and weight for this one.
Returns. Orivon set the terms per order, so we confirm them with you in writing before taking payment. Check the crate at the door and photograph any damage before the driver leaves. Full policy.

The Orivon Wellness warranty excludes normal wear, improper installation, misuse, unauthorized repairs, commercial use (unless specified), and damage from external factors like weather, fire, or pests.
Claims
Email sales@orivonwellness.com with your name, order number, issue description, and photos/videos. We’ll review your claim and may repair, replace parts, or provide a full replacement.
Shipping, delivery and warranty
Ships from Orivon Wellness direct to your address. We are an authorized Orivon dealer. Nothing routes through a warehouse of ours, so there is one handling step instead of two.
Lead time 15 to 30 days from order. We confirm the date in writing before we take payment, and if it moves you can cancel for a full refund.
Freight $500 flat to the contiguous United States. Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico are quoted separately, contact us before ordering.
Delivery LTL freight on a pallet. The carrier calls to book an appointment and someone 18 or over must sign. Check the crate before you sign: photograph any damage, write it on the delivery receipt, and tell us the same day. A clean signature on a damaged crate is very hard to unwind.
Warranty 1 year limited warranty from Orivon Wellness. You are the original purchaser and you register and claim directly with Orivon, so the cover follows the person using the sauna rather than stopping with us.
Installation available through Orivon at a flat $4,000 in the US and Canada. Ask before ordering if you want it.
Returns. Any return needs Orivon's authorization and a used unit cannot be returned. Orivon has not published a written return policy to us, so before we take payment we confirm the return terms for your specific order in writing. If we cannot get them, we will say so and you decide. See our refund policy for the general process.
Worth having a licensed electrician confirm this before you order. Every home's panel is a little different, and yours is the one part we cannot see from here. We are glad to send the manufacturer's electrical specification straight to your electrician, or to walk through it with you first. Just ask. The manufacturers recommend the same thing on their own spec sheets, so you are in good company.
